안녕하십니까?
Smart Career Center (SCC) 호주본사 대표 이재원입니다.
SCC 는 한국의 공공기관·대학교·직업계고등학교 등과 해외 교육 및 취업 기관들과의 국제관계 발전을 도모하기 위해 설립되었습니다.
SCC 는 대한민국 청년들이 희망하는 해외 직업교육기관을 개발하고 이를 통해 국제 경쟁력과 글로벌 마인드를 갖춘 기능 인재가 해외에 안정적으로 취업하여 현지에 자리매김 할 수 있도록 현지관리자 역할을 하고 있습니다.
SCC 는 교육기관과 기업에 필요한 대한민국 청년들에게 해외의 우수하고 전문적인 교육을 통해 성공적인 해외취업 기회를 제공함을 목표로 하고 있습니다.
청년들이 참여하는 해외 프로그램들은 SCC에 의해 공식적으로 운영되고 있으며, 이와같은 프로그램은 한국 내 정부기관, 전문대학 및 대학교, 직업계 고등학교 학생들의 요구 및 레벨에 맞게 맞춤형 프로그램으로 제작 및 제공되고 있습니다.
이와 같은 SCC 의 고안된 프로그램은 학생들의 영어실력 향상, 해외 문화 체험 및 현지 산업현장에서의 업무 경험을 바탕으로 제공되고 있습니다.
또한 호텔 서비스업, 요식업, 공업(자동차, 용접, 전기전자 등), 제조업, 무역업, 농축산업, 경주/승마 말산업, 정보기술(IT)등 많은 분야에서 해외 민간 기업과 연계하여 전문적인 경험을 쌓을 수 있는 폭넓은 취업기회를 제공합니다.
국제관계의 이해와 그에 따른 기회 및 필요성이 그 어느 때보다 커지고 있는 만큼 SCC 는 전문적인 프로그램을 통해 프로그램 참가자들이 해외 현지 언어 기술을 습득하고, 현지인들과의 문화적인 차이를 자연스럽게 받아들일 수 있도록 적극적으로 역할을 하고 있습니다.
대한민국 청년들은 새로운 외국인들을 만나고, 해외 미지의 장소를 탐험하고, 추후 자신의 이력에도 도움이 될 수 있는 해외 연수 및 교육, 취업 활동을 제공합니다.
해외의 직업 교육 시스템을 바탕으로, SCC 는 재능 있는 인재들을 육성하기 위해 한국의 인턴쉽 프로그램 교육에 초점을 맞추어 맞춤 교육 프로그램을 제공하고 있습니다.
SCC 는 회사 비전 및 이념에 맞게 전문성을 기반으로 고객의 문제 및 요구를 적극적으로 반영하고 해결하며, 해외 직업교육 및 컨설팅 분야에서 최고가 되기 위한 최선의 노력을 다할 것입니다.

Director’s Message
Welcome to Smart Career Center!
Smart Career Center (SCC) was established in order to foster and facilitate international relationships between Korean and Foreign government bodies, universities, colleges and research facilities thereby mutually increasing international competitiveness through sister relationships.
SCC is a private organisation that acts as a bridge between the education departments of Foreign and South Korea, bringing opportunities for learning and employment to Korean students whilst supplying Global institutions and companies with student workforces.
All the internship programs have been operating by SCC is to give participants “hands on” work experience in the real world aligned to their academic studies and is tailored to each group of vocational students from universities, colleges, specialised high schools and Meister Schools. We offer the opportunity to gain professional experience by completing an internship or voluntary placement with overseas companies in many fields including Hospitality, Cookery, Engineering(automotive, welding, electrical and electronic), manufacturing, Trading, Agriculture, Riding and Racing Horse and Information Technology (IT).
Through SCC’s programs, participants learn vital language skills, become more culturally aware, meet new people, explore unknown places and importantly add an international dimension to their career. Within our programs, Korean students can gain a better understanding of Global labour procedures and way of life. It’s not only the students that learn from this exchange but the surrounding community as well. Working or living alongside people from all over the world can provide a better appreciation for other cultures and can also challenge established perceptions.
We also play a role in practical connector between Korean and Foreign government bodies related education and institutions. Given our strong ethical approach to business, we have built an excellent profile and credibility within the education industry in both countries.
With vast experience in Australia education systems, SCC has set up an educational program for training focus of internship program to foster students of talent. Our highly dedicated and committed team strives to achieve excellence in the field of overseas educational and training consultancy. and I am honoured to be the director of this organisation.
